Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare food orders for restaurant customers according to documented recipes.
- Prepare daily food needs according to pre-established levels.
- Perform daily Kitchen tasks in accordance to Kitchen Standard Operation Procedures.
- Rotate stock when putting new inventory away (first in- first out)
- Notify Servers to push food.
- Train new staff according to Kitchen Standard Operating Procedures.
- Other tasks may be requested by the Kitchen Manager or Manager on Duty.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area at all times.
