You must be an expert at value-based selling and a star closer.
You will earn base salary of $35,000 to $45,000 plus commission and bonus. You have the potential of making up to $100,000 a year.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Grow our Corporate Clientele Base
Manage the sales and booking of events (Wedding, Corporate, Social, Non-Profit) including dealing with inquiries, following up with potential clients, meeting clients, and promoting offers
Prepare and send proposals to clients and be involved with the client until the proposal is accepted or rejected
Timely follow up on all catering leads we receive through various channels including social media
Properly and Effectively use existing Lead Tracking and CRM Systems
Improve existing Venue relationships where we are preferred vendors
Build new Venue relationships so that we can be preferred vendors at more venues
Partake in client tastings, tours, walkthroughs. Also, be present at events that you booked
Partake in wedding shows, industry networking events and other promotional events
Plan and execute open houses, mixers and other promotional events at Copper Leaf
Maintain effective communication and working relationships with event staff
Ensure that event staff are thoroughly briefed on client needs and staffing requirements
Create Proposals and RFPs for Venues and Bigger Corporate Clients
Improve pricing and other offerings to continually increase sales closing rates
Improve existing templates and processes and if needed, develop templates and processes to meet individual and corporate goals
Improve existing relationships with vendors and planners
Build new vendor and planner relationships
Increase our brand recognition by participating in industry networking events and industry organizations such as NACE, ILEA
Plan and execute photo shoots at Copper Leaf
