Flower Barrel Cake Decorating Class (Member Event)

In this intermediate class you’ll learn to transform simple buttercream into edible flowers. Learn how to pipe petals and create velvety roses, cheerful sunflowers, and dainty daisies. You’ll then assemble and coat a petite 4" cake with fondant "wood" paneling before filling it with your handcrafted florals.
