A Babe in the Woods Description:

This class will explore the relation to and influence of barrels on American Whiskey. We’ll talk about how the relationship came to be, laws governing its use, and how time inside the barrels, changes the spirit for the better - mostly! We’ll taste a white dog and three other whiskies of different ages. Each participant will receive a complimentary distillery tour certificate for six.
