Do you thrive on helping people succeed, love fitness, and enjoy creating energy wherever you go? We're looking for a motivated Sales Leader to support two HOTWORX locations while helping grow memberships, retail sales, and an outstanding member experience.

This isn't a traditional front desk position. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, coaching others, and making a measurable impact every shift.

What You'll Do

• Drive new membership sales through consultations and guest experiences.

• Build relationships that generate referrals and community partnerships.

• Support two studio locations with consistent leadership and positive energy.

• Coach and encourage teammates through daily sales activities and accountability.

• Promote retail products that enhance member results.

• Maintain an exceptional member experience from first visit through long-term retention.

• Help execute local marketing events, chamber networking, and community outreach.

• Keep each shift focused on high-impact activities that move the business forward.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Positive, energetic, and self-motivated.

• Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others.

• Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections.

• Organized and dependable.

• Able to work independently while supporting a team.

• Flexible to work between two nearby studio locations.

• Available evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Experience

• Sales or customer service experience

• Retail or boutique fitness experience

• Leadership or coaching experience

• Community networking or event participation
