About Us
**The Romito Foundation** was founded by parents whose lives were forever changed when all three of their sons—**Dominic, Collin, and Kaleb Romito**—were diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). What began as a deeply personal journey became a calling to serve other families facing DMD and neuromuscular disorders with compassion, hope, and understanding.

We strive to ensure that no family feels alone while navigating the challenges of a neuromuscular diagnosis.
