Join us in celebrating the opening of the new Community Reach Center Community Campus with an open house and flag raising ceremony.

Showcasing their mission to enhance the health of our community, the ceremony represents a new chapter for Community Reach Center - streamlined business functions, increased clinical space, and more quality care for the communities they serve.
